Century 21 People Services Relocation Department has developed a program to help seniors and their families make a smooth transition to comfortable retirement living. Mature adults have diverse attitudes, needs and questions, so our trained Senior Counselors begin by getting to understand the immediate needs of the senior. If a retirement community is preferred, we work with our network of realtors locally and around the country to help find the desired community and lifestyle you seek. If care levels are needed we can refer individuals to outside elder care managers or trained specialists and provide an information package on assisted living care facilities/programs available in the metropolitan area. Senior Services include: 

• Attend our Senior Seminars FREE
• Pre-move consultation + market evaluation of your home
• Information packages for different communities and/or facilities (Relocation Services)
• Orientation tour of retirement communities
• Home Sale assistance on presently owned home including negotiating/closing assistance
• discounts on moving services program provides savings and convenience throughout the move and even after you are situated in your new home.
• Utility connections guidance
• Clean up services, tag sale arranged
